| Omar H. | 3 | Hassan (aka "Omar") seems completely willing to take on the work assigned. However, I feel that he lacks experience or basic know-how for some tasks I'd consider to be rudimentary in a person assigned for such intuitive tasks as "cleaning" a deck or porch. He's a nice person and presents with a somewhat confident nature. I believe he would benefit from mentoring by working with other, more experienced Sweepers. Please reassure him that my rating is specifically meant to help him do a more thoughtful job for Sweeps, so it is really a commentary on your placement of him to do these particular tasks. Thank him for his help for me! |
